Payroll and HR Management Systems

The Dynamic Online Payroll and Employee Software is a web-based integrated payroll and HR management system. It is available as a hosted subscription-based (SaaS) application or as a fully customizable standalone installation for larger companies. The system offers the following key modules:

  • Employee Management Module – Maintains data of each employee; Employee history including: suspension/memos, legal, medical, safety histories.
  • Benefits Module – Create edit and monitor benefits for employees including non-standard benefits such as commissions, training, loans, expense accounts etc.
  • Employee Recruitment Module – Facilitate job recruitment and automatic job-matching both internally and externally.
  • Payroll Module – Assignment of pay grades, pay schemes and salaries per employee; Computation of payroll; Creation of payroll reports/payslips/etc.
  • Daily Time Record – Definition of shift schedules, monitoring of daily time records, integration with hardware such as biometric or RFID systems.
  • Reports Generation – Generation of reports for both internal and external compliance. (i.e. BIR/SSS/Philhealth/etc…)
